Fishing is a side content of Booga Booga which offers a unique experience. Fishing can be done with a Fishing Rod, crafted with 4 wood. To fish, you must throw your bobber (click on your fishing rod) on any source of water (no cauldrons) and waiting until the bobber dips into the water. In addition to this, a common misconception of fishing is you need a bait in order to fish, which is false. You can fish without a bait.

Increased Chances (Bait)

Fishing can be improved by unlocking the Fisherman mojo upgrade for two mojo points which increases better fish chances by 2x. Using bait can also increase catching chances by multitudes, which also stacks with bait. (View the table below for bait info).

Fishing Loot Table

A little known fact about fishing is that depending on where you fish, there can be a different loot table. In the overworld, there are three unique locations where you can collect specific type of fishes at a higher chance than the others. (View the tables below for more info)

Fisherman

Using caught fish, a wise person would sell the caught fish to the Fisherman for Fish Tokens. The Fisherman spawns in the outskirts of the map every one to two hours and sails slowly around the map for about 30 minutes. You can track the Fisherman's location by using a Wandering Trader compass as well. The Fisherman has a varity of goods you can purchase from using Fish Tokens.
